Laxmi Gokuldham

Located in the cantonment town of Deolali, Laxmi Gokuldham was built with a second home character in mind. The limited FSI across the long and narrow plot influenced the architecture of the township into smaller pieces – with mandatory recreational spaces and gardens between them.

The split-level parking allowed for the creation of landscape pockets on the podium level. Across the 5000 square meter plot, there are aver 50 family homes today.
