Mundada Park

Designed in collaboration with a second-generation group of builders, the Mundada Park is mark of urban and real estate progress in the small city of Amalner. The young blood of the developers influenced the architecture to rise above the contextual, tier-3 format, and give rise to a township planned with the rules of urban design.

Priority was given to comfort and recreational activities through the unbuilt areas across the site, particularly in the courtyard created by the placement of the built form. This community high rise is now home to over 200 families of various sizes.
