Designed in the prime location of Aurangabad, this commercial complex for the Venkatesh Builders has been deliberate in its loud architecture and jazzy façade in order to attract clients who run businesses that require a display – both metaphorically and architecturally.

The outlandish glass front is meant to give space for the showrooms on the ground level – jewellery stores and garment stores – to display their art and their grandeur to the walk-in customer. The upper floors house offices and other shops that can be accessed from a rear entrance. The building culminates with a rooftop restaurant overlooking the city.
